The association is operated on a daily basis by 4 officers elected by the membership in attendance at the November meeting
every even numbered year for a 2 year term. An Executive Board of Directors, representing each of the five counties that
comprise the main geographical territory of the EKFA and a Director-at-Large, serve two year terms to conduct business of
the association, with the officers, in manners of immediate interest when the full membership is not in session.
