As funding is made available, the EKFA makes available scholarships to individuals that either:
1. Are an active, certified firefighter with a department that belongs to the EKFA, or
2. An immediate dependent of a firefighter described in #1 above, that is a resident of Kentucky.
Institution must be recognized eligible for Kentucky, In-state tuition rates.
Amounts of scholarship will vary depending upon funding and number of approved applicants.
Awards made on a Case-By-Case basis.
